Omniverter has 25+ years of solving industrial power quality problems. They work with customers to obtain details of the individual site power quality issues, which may include voltage sages, short-term power outages, harmonics, and electrical resonance. They analyze the site data and then offer optimum solutions with Active Voltage Conditioning (AVC), Industrial UPS, or Harmonic Filters at low voltage (≤ 600V) or medium voltage (≤ 36kV). They offer both indoor and outdoor complete correction solutions to meet individual customers' requirements.

Founded in 2021, RPower develops, builds, owns, operates, and maintains power generation projects to include behind-the-meter microgrids, merchant (peaking) power plants, and bespoke cogeneration solutions. The RPower team has a proven track record serving large industrial customers and utilities, including extensive experience in power generation project development, asset operations, asset optimization, and retail energy supply. In addition to extensive experience with combustion turbines and reciprocating fossil fired generators, the RPower team integrates renewable technologies such as solar and energy storage to meet specific customer needs. RPower also leverages decades of energy supply and demand management experience.
As a Level IV Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) and Retail Energy Provider in the ERCOT market, RPower helps industrial customers manage power plants, while optimizing their onsite energy consumption and realizing the lowest cost of retail energy supply in the market.
